Cancellations/No Show Appointments
The following new office policies will take effect beginning September 2016. The new policies will be as follows:
*Insurance will not cover any charges for No-show/Late cancellation fees, and you are personally responsible for the payment, which must be made prior to your next visit*
We recognize that there are instances in which inclement weather or other unexpected issues may arise which may limit providing 48 hours’ notice. However, if you fail to cancel or show for a scheduled appointment more than twice due to non-weather related issues or other unforeseen circumstances, you may be discharged.
Confirmation calls are a courtesy. Please do not rely on a call or voicemail to remind you of your scheduled appointment.
All payments are due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, or credit/debit
